These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leverageandsweat.com (the "Site") and purchases from Leverage & Sweat ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Arlington, Texas. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Our store

The Site runs on Shopify. Our products are made to order by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try hard to show colors, prints and sizing accurately. Screens vary, and because every item is printed individually, small differences in color, print placement and garment measurements (within the manufacturer's tolerance) can happen and are not considered defects. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product being unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only for their stated terms and dates, can't be exchanged for cash, and unless stated otherwise can't be combined. We may end or change a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse a code.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, slogans, logos, graphics and content on the Site, including "Leverage & Sweat", "Think Sharp. Work Hard. Win Twice.", "Aim before you swing", "Then swing anyway", "Progress over polish" and "Leverage over labor", belong to Leverage & Sweat. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to the design.

7. Fitness disclaimer

Our content is for motivation and general information only and is not medical, fitness or nutrition advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training program. Train smart, and train at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape it, or to submit false information or fraudulent orders.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, tags or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our brand. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their sites or services beyond what the law requires.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
